How the price works
Each job has a set time on site, with extra time where the old sealant has to be cut out. The total time and your postcode zone give the guide price, and natural stone adds a little for the specialist sealant.
Every price includes cutting out, cleaning and treating the joints where you’ve asked for removal, new sealant laid and tooled neatly, and our one-year guarantee.
Not on the list?

How accurate is the calculator?
It gives a guide price based on the jobs you choose, how many need old sealant removed and your postcode. We confirm the exact price before any work starts.
Why does the postcode change the price?
Travel time is part of every job, so prices are set by zone: lower close to our teams in Crawley and Edinburgh, and higher further out and in central London.
Is removing the old sealant included?
Tell the calculator how many need old sealant taken out and it adds the extra time. We never seal over old sealant.
Why does natural stone cost more?
Granite, marble and travertine need a sealant that won’t stain the stone, which costs a little more.
Can I book from the calculator?
